Currently, we deliver our products Pan India. We will soon be operational worldwide. Stay tuned!

Can I pay for faster delivery?

No, currently we do not offer an express courier service. We are working on this, we will soon be operational on this as well.

Will you deliver to an address different from the billing address?

We are normally happy to deliver to a different delivery address.

How long before I get my items?

Standard delivery times for domestic deliveries is 5-7 working days. Deliveries may take longer for some more remote locations.

What are your shipping charges?

We offer Free shipping within India for all orders.

How are items packed?

Items are packed in secure tamper proof courier poly bags.

My item has not arrived, what should I do?

We only store information relevant to fulfilling your order i.e. name, delivery address, billing address and email. Our credit / debit card processing is managed by an external payment provider and we have no access to our customer’s card details at any time.

Credit and Debit cards, Bank Deposit, Cash, Paytm, Google Pay, Phone Pe, Neft, Internet Banking. We also accept COD (Cash on Delivery Pan India). Our payment is managed by instamojo.

Will Xylook.com keep my data secure?

Xylook.myinstamojo.com does not share data with third parties unless they are involved in the fulfillment of your order (e.g. payment service providers or courier companies). These companies will never use your details for marketing purposes.

How do I return a product?

Returns will only be accepted in the event that the customer received the incorrect size

or product(s), or if the received product(s) was/were damaged in any way. If this is due

to no fault of the customer, Xylook.com will pay for the return shipping cost once the item

has been received by one of our agents.

Once the product(s) have been returned, at that point the customer is eligible for a

refund or to have the correct product(s) sent out at no additional charge.

This agreement becomes void if the product is in any way damaged during

transportation.

Do you sell used clothing?

No, we do not sell used clothing. All of our clothing is brand new and unborn.

Do you sell men's wedding attire?

Yes, we do sell men's wedding wear premium fabric and we are soon planning to add it to the site.

Can you machine wash Indian garments?

It will depend on the fabric and whether or not there is any embroidery work on it. Generally, it is advised against it if any hand embroidery is on the garment. Dry cleaning is always the safest route.
